Overnight Protein Oats Posted on January 22, 2024January 31, 2024 As a busy mom and working full time, it is important for me to have breakfast ready on the go… or I’m not eating. These overnight oats are simple to make, last up to 4 days in the fridge and can be made with endless varieties in mind. Here is a simple berry one to get you started! Ingredients: 1/3 cup rolled oats (I use protein oats for extra protein to keep me full) 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) 1/3 cup Fairlife milk (extra protein) 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen berries 1 tablespoon chia seeds Instructions: Mix everything together in a mason jar or bowl, seal and store in the fridge Grab one to go with a tall spoon and enjoy! Some folks like to add crushed nuts, Granola, flax, honey, agave or cinnamon to their jars. You can search for a variety of recipes on line and also adjust your milk amount depending on how soft or sticky you want the oats. Either way, it’s a great way to get a good amount of protein and healthy ingredients to fuel you through the day! Enjoy and let me know your favorite way of making overnight oats!
